How is your skin changing? (and why you should care)

Jak se mění tvá pleť? (a proč by tě to mělo zajímat)

The skin is a living organ. It breathes, reacts, adapts. And just as your lifestyle, work, or worldview changes, so do your skin's needs. What worked when you were eighteen may not work when you're thirty. And what you never addressed before, you now see in the mirror every morning.

Don't worry about it. Every stage of life has its own specifics – and it's better to understand them than to ignore them. How to start taking care of men's skin?

Generation Z:

If you're between 18 and 25, your skin is at its peak in many ways. It regenerates quickly, has a healthy glow, and if you take a little care of it, it often looks good without much effort. But that's often the trap.

Already at this age, the first changes begin to appear. The production of collagen and elastin - substances that keep the skin firm and elastic - decreases. Stress, irregular diet, living in an urban environment increase. The result can be dirt, acne, dehydration.

How to take care of your skin in your 20s? This is the perfect time to start with a simple but regular skincare routine. Not for wrinkles, but to maintain a healthy foundation to build on. If you don't know where to start, reach for the Essential Trio : cleansing, moisturizing and nourishing. We've put them together in a way that makes sense even to someone who has never understood cosmetics.

Millennials:

Between the ages of 25 and 40, your skin starts to show how you're taking care of yourself. You may notice that you look more tired than before, that your skin isn't as fresh, you have darker circles under your eyes, or your razor burn is taking longer to heal.

During this period, the skin loses its ability to regenerate quickly. Sebum production decreases, which means drier skin and a tendency to fine lines. Pigmentation, spots, and the first signs of aging increase.

But that doesn't mean you should switch to a strong "anti-aging" care. Just stick to a simple regimen - regularity and properly selected cosmetics with active ingredients that really work. For example, hyaluronic acid or a gel for the tired eye area will help you look fresh even after a hard day.

Generation X:

After the age of forty, hormonal changes are added to natural aging. The skin tends to be noticeably drier, thinner and less firm. Deeper wrinkles, changes in pigmentation and sensitivity to the sun appear. Collagen production is significantly lower, the sebaceous glands work more slowly and the skin regenerates more slowly.

Many men at this age feel that it is too late. But that is a mistake. Proper care can firm, nourish and visibly improve the condition of the skin – even at this stage of life. What cannot be fixed, you can slow down. What can be preserved, preserve.

That's why we created a special 40+ line for mature skin. Not for marketing reasons, but because after forty, your body demands a different approach - and it deserves it.

Aging is not the problem. Ignorance is.

Skincare is not a cosmetic waste. It's a matter of health, comfort, and personal culture. It's not about being perfect, but understanding what your body needs and giving it that.

The sooner you start, the longer your skin will keep up with how you want it to feel and look. And if you started later? No problem. There's always room to catch up.

Taking care of yourself is easy. Just start.
