How to take care of your skin after a workout
Share
Your workout may end with the last rep, but your body care doesn't. When you sweat, you're doing a lot of good for your health—but your skin may not see it that way. Sweat, bacteria, and friction can cause irritation, clogged pores, and, in worse cases, breakouts. How can you prevent it? Just take a few simple steps right after your workout.
1. Don't wait. Wash immediately after your workout.
The biggest mistake guys make is staying in sweaty clothes for a long time after working out. Sweat helps to dissipate heat, but it also leaves a mixture of salt, bacteria, and sebum on your skin. If you don't wash it off in time, the bacteria will start working and irritation will ensue.
Ideally, take a shower right after your workout – even if it’s just a short one. Use a gentle shower oil that won’t dry out your skin but will help restore its natural protective layer.

2. Don't use regular soap.
Wash your face immediately after training – ideally before showering, when pores are open and dirt can be easily released.
Regular soaps are often too harsh and strip the skin of its natural protective film. The result is dryness, tightness or rashes. Instead, reach for Cleansing Foam , which cleanses the skin deeply but leaves it hydrated.
3. Hydrate your skin.
After exercise, the skin loses water. Sweating, heat and frequent washing dry it out. At that moment, it needs to replenish hydration and restore balance. The best choice is Hyaluronic serum , which binds water and restores skin elasticity. Just a few drops on dry skin are enough.
Finally, use Cream 24 – it locks moisture in the skin while protecting it from the cold or dry air in the gym.

4. Foot care: the basic thing that guys forget.
Shared showers, locker rooms, swimming pools – ideal environments for fungi and bacteria. During training, your feet sweat, the skin between your toes remains moist and easily becomes irritated or inflamed. Athlete's foot doesn't ask if you have expensive shoes – just a few steps barefoot around the locker room are enough to get you infected.
Therefore, always dry your feet thoroughly after a shower, especially between your toes, and use Foot Spray . It helps prevent odor and fungus. It doesn't address the symptoms, but the cause.
5. Intimate hygiene is also part of the routine .
Post-workout care doesn't end with a shower. Tight clothing and sweating create an ideal environment for bacteria and odor. Water is not enough – use INTIMAN , which has a balanced pH and protects sensitive areas without irritation. Down there, it should be fresh, even after training.
Post-workout skin care isn't an unnecessary luxury. It's the same discipline as exercise - regularity brings results. It takes a few minutes that will save you hours of dealing with irritated skin.
Taking care of yourself is easy. Just start.
