Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at info@koolman.cz.

Note: For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic products in sealed packaging cannot be returned once the seal has been broken under the statutory right of withdrawal above.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, you can return goods within 30 days of receiving them, without giving any reason. The guarantee also covers cosmetics you have opened and tried, as long as at least 90% of the contents remain. Email returns@koolman.cz with your order number and we will send you a prepaid label to return the goods by post. Returns are free, with no restocking fee, and we refund the purchase price within 5 business days of receiving the returned goods, using the payment method you used.

Warranty

You can claim defects that appear within 2 years of receiving the goods. Complaints must be resolved within 30 days.
